The Statewide Parent Advocacy Network is looking for nominations for our fifth annual Diana Cuthbertson Parent-Professional Collaboration Award. This award is presented to the parent or professional who most exemplifies parent professional partnership and collaboration in the areas of education, health, community and human services, and family support.

Nominees should be individuals who:

have shown a deep commitment to working in parent professional partnerships to secure appropriate quality education or health services for children in New Jersey, especially those children at greatest risk due to poverty, disability, discrimination, or other special needs, and

have demonstrated an understanding of the importance of parent-professional collaboration and persistence in efforts to foster such collaboration, not only in their own relationships but even larger arenas.
